
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 General Policy
All transactions processed via our payment gateway are considered final unless specifically mentioned under refund-eligible services or conditions. We encourage users to double-check transaction details before confirmation.
2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or excess payments
- Failed or incomplete transactions (amount debited but not credited)
- Cancellations initiated as per service-specific refund timelines
Note: Donations and charitable contributions made through the platform are generally non-refundable.
3 Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the user must:
- Email us at prernasocialfoundation@gmail.com
- Mention: Name, transaction ID, amount, and reason
- Submit the request within 7 days of the transaction
We reserve the right to reject refund requests beyond this period or due to reasons not supported by evidence.
4 Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only
- Processing time may vary depending on banking/UPI partners
5 Cancellation Policy
- Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled from our end
- Service-specific cancellations (if allowed) must be handled by the service provider directly
- Any cancellation charges levied by the bank/payment partner are non-refundable
6 Chargebacks
In the case of a disputed transaction or chargeback raised by the customer, we reserve the right to:
- Block future transactions from that user
- Investigate and respond through the proper banking channels
- Take legal recourse if fraudulent claims are identified
